Reservation policy
An option on services can be taken for up to 48 hours.
Any reservation will be recorded and blocked upon receipt of an advance payment :
25% of the invoice (full refund in case of cancellation, excluding bank charges)
50% of the invoice within 1 month of the 1st service (full refund in case of cancellation, excluding bank charges)
100% of invoice within 1 week of 1st service (50% cancellation fee up to 72 hours, then 100% cancellation fee)
